Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Assistant. By using Assistant, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service Scope

Assistant is an internal proof-of-concept and evaluation application. Assistant provides AI-assisted workflows and optional integrations with Google services (including Gmail and Google Calendar) through OAuth.

Assistant is intended for lawful business use and authorized testing only.

2) Eligibility and Authorized Use

• You must use Assistant only in compliance with applicable law and your organization's policies.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your connected accounts.
• You must not use Assistant to access data you are not authorized to access.

3) Google Account Connections and OAuth

• Google account access is optional and based on explicit user consent through Google OAuth.
• You may revoke OAuth permissions at any time via Google Account settings.
• If you disconnect a connector, related access may stop immediately or after token invalidation.

4) Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• use Assistant for spam, malware, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse Assistant infrastructure;
• circumvent security controls or permission checks.

5) AI Output and User Responsibility

Assistant may generate automated responses and summaries. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by the user before relying on it for decisions, communication, compliance, legal, or operational purposes.

6) Third-Party Services

Assistant relies on third-party services, including Google APIs and configured model providers. Availability and behavior of those services may change independently from Assistant.

7) Privacy and Data Handling

Use of Assistant is also governed by the Privacy Policy: https://i-con.cloud/privacy.

8) Suspension and Termination

Access to Assistant may be limited, suspended, or terminated at any time, including for policy violations, security reasons, legal compliance, or service changes.

9) Warranty Disclaimer

Assistant is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Assistant's operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, or profits resulting from use of the service.

11) Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions are published on this page with a revised effective date.
